Luke's 4th Birthday

Luke wanted a Halloween birthday this year because he couldn't get enough of Halloween! Plus he loves candy, so there you are.

He asked everybody to dress up, and all the kids did at least. Here is the best group shot I got:

Luke was thrilled with all his presents. You can kinda see Eric's costume here. He was Prince Eric.

We did some fun spooky foods and sandwiches, and a graveyard cake.

The boys got a kick out of Grandma Coles dressed up as a pumpkin, and we played that party game where you have to grab a paper bag with your mouth while standing on one foot. That is what she is doing right here.

Happy Birthday Little Luke!

Luke's 2nd Birthday

For Luke's second birthday we went to Boondocks and let the boys go mini bowling. They absolutely loved it, especially Luke! He would roll the ball so softly that it stopped a couple times and I had to go get it.
I didn't post any pictures of presents because he had his back to me the whole time, so none of them turned out. He loves his new toys though! He got some clothes, lots of legos, some new trucks, and tools that he has been carrying around the house to fix stuff. I made the cake and it turned out so cute!
The inside is the coolest part!
I got the idea for the cake from this pin. Happy Birthday Big Boy!

Birthday Party

Here's a close up of that last one, because William's face is hilarious!

We had the party at Jumpin' Jacks Bounce House and William and Logan loved it! They were going crazy in there. Poor Kallie, the only party guest their age, was scared to jump or slide. But we still had a lot of fun.

I made the cake to look circus themed, to go with the invitation. I thought it turned out pretty well. The lollipops are ballons by the way. Present opening was pretty crazy also, with that many people packed in and two birthday boys. At one point, they all wanted to sit down in William's new sand box that had no sand yet.

Luke's Blessing

Smiley Boy

The blanket made by Grandma Julie

Grandpa Dan trying to give Luke some cake...

...but we know he really wouldn't do that.

I know it's cheesy, but he looks like such a little angel here to me!

Family picture but without Wills because in the picture that he is in, I look terrible.

Birthday Boy

This is a little bit better picture of the birthday boy in his crown. He didn't want to cooperate at the restaurant, so we tried again at home

Happy First Birthday William!

The lovely cake that I made and Kylee and I decorated. A little lopsided but it was gooood.

William loved being messy.

Logan wasn't really into the whole messy cake thing.

William tried to share his piece.

We got these hats at the party store and I love them! I actually forgot William's, so we couldn't get a picture of both of them wearing them at the same time.

The boys got matching cars from Grandma and Grandpa Coles. I think this is William's favorite toy now.

This is what happens when Grandma tries to recreate a picture that was taken of newborns with one year olds.

The Blessing

We had William's baby blessing today in church. It was so perfect! My parents and sister were here from North Carolina and my mom's family that lives in Utah were abe to come too. Of course Eric's whole family was there also. They are always so supportive in coming to things like this. We probably doubled the size of the ward with all of us. Afterwards, we had everybody over at our house for a lunch and our house was PACKED! It was nice to have everybody there to see the finished house before we sell it.
