Helping Dad

Eric replaced the burlap on the top of our deck arbor this year. Wills got so excited he had a reason to wear his work apron to help Dad.





Luke just wanted to watch, but he is a cute watcher.

We got some good use out of our superhero capes the other day. Super Wills was flying all over the backyard, and using his super powers to pick up Luke by his head.

Fire Pit Part 2

So your remember where I showed you here how we loved our new fire pit for s'mores and sitting around it singing kumbayah? Just kidding about that last part. Anyway, now the boys have a new favorite part about the fire pit.

It is to play in the ashes when mom's not looking.

This picture is hilarious to me because Luke came in looking like the picture above. Then for whatever reason, he slapped his ash-covered hand to his face and left a big black hand print.

Putting the Fire Pit To Use

This is one of the reasons that I love summer.

I Miss Summer Already
