Will's Birthday

William's birthday was this last thursday. He turned three years old. I had to work that night so we just did a little present opening party with the four of us. We opened presents that were mailed to him from family also. Elise gave him three dollars for his three years.

We gave him a Toy Story bean bag game, a golf set (which broke right away so we owe him a new one), and lots of books.

My mom gave him some books which he loves (Monster at the End of the Book, Cat in the Hat, and Peter Rabbit), and two new movies (a Veggie Tales movie and Robots).

Shana gave him the present that he loves the most, a Thomas the Train tent. Wills and Luke both love hanging out in there.

Luke's Quilt Update

Well, that first one sold pretty quick, so now I am working on some more to put in the shop. I bought some more really great Riley Blake fabric to use, from the All Star 2 line. Here is a preview of the fabric designs:

They come in great oranges, blues, greens, and browns and I am ordering coordinating flannels for the back. I think that adds such a nice, soft touch for a baby blanket. They should be done soon!

Logan was over the other day for dinner and we found Logan and Will riding the horse together. Wills has started doing this weird smile whenever you tell him to smile or say cheese, he crinkles his nose up and makes this silly face.

Luke's Quilt Is Now For Sale!

I finally posted the second quilt in the shop. It is this one in the picture with the brown binding. The one we are keeping has an orange binding like in this picture from before. Go and get it before it's gone!

What We've Been Doing

We got Netflix on our Wii and we have both found new shows that we love. Eric has been watching this:

... and this is my new favorite.

We're blowing through these with no commercials, and soon we will need to find new shows to watch.
